Aura Collective Launches Global Leadership Initiative

Ahead of International Women’s Day 2026 and Announces Inaugural 2027 Aura Summit

Vancouver, Canada — March 2026 — Aura Collective, a global platform exploring the future of leadership through interdisciplinary collaboration, has launched The Women Reimagining Leadership, a thought leadership series spotlighting visionary women shaping the future across business, policy, wellness, innovation, and culture.

The initiative comes at a pivotal moment as global conversations around gender equity, leadership, and access to resources intensify. While progress has been made, systemic barriers—including persistent gender pay gaps and unequal access to capital and opportunity—continue to limit women’s advancement worldwide.

“The World Economic Forum estimates it could take more than 160 years to close the global gender gap. That is not just a statistic — it represents multiple generations. Our daughters and granddaughters deserve more,” said Dani Hébert, founder of Aura Collective. “Aura Collective exists to bring together the leaders, capital, and ideas needed to accelerate change and expand access to opportunity for women worldwide.”

The series will feature interviews with founders, policymakers, investors, creatives, and emerging leaders, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue on leadership, resilience, and systemic change.

The launch also marks the beginning of Aura’s roadmap toward its inaugural global summit, debuting in Vancouver in March 2027 on International Women’s Day, followed by expansion to Toronto in October 2027. The summit will convene influential leaders, organizations, and partners to explore new models of leadership, wellbeing, innovation, and equitable access to opportunity.
