AURA Summit is a cultural gathering exploring holistic leadership for modern life.

We bring together visionary women across business, the arts, science, literature, philanthropy, wellness, and public life to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and cultivate the relationships that shape what comes next.

Through world-class conversations, immersive experiences, and meaningful connection, AURA celebrates leadership that is intellectually curious, creatively courageous, and deeply human.

At the heart of AURA is a commitment to honouring legacy while inspiring the next generation of leaders. Each year, we recognize extraordinary women whose vision, courage, and lasting contributions have transformed communities, industries, and culture—creating space for the conversations that will shape the future.

Vision Statement

The Aura Experience

Aura Summit is designed as a living, immersive environment where women can move between conversations, practices, and creative experiences.
Rather than a traditional conference, Aura is a curated ecosystem—bringing together leadership, culture, wellbeing, and innovation in one connected journey.

We believe that the future of women’s leadership is holistic. It integrates intellectual depth, financial power, creative expression, and embodied wellbeing. Our spaces invite collaboration, reflection, and meaningful exchange across disciplines.

The AURA Pillars

Culture & Creative Leadership

Culture shapes how we see the world—and how the future is imagined. AURA brings together women influencing fashion, art, design, media, literature, and creative industries to explore creativity as a powerful form of leadership.

Through exhibitions, salons, and curated conversations, this pillar celebrates imagination, storytelling, and cultural influence.

Wellbeing, Movement & Vitality

Modern leadership requires sustainable energy, resilience, and embodied presence. This pillar invites women to reconnect with movement, nervous system health, recovery, and long-term vitality through thoughtfully curated practices and experiences.

Designed to support both performance and renewal, these spaces encourage a more sustainable relationship with ambition.

Beauty, Ritual & Feminine Intelligence

Beauty and ritual can be powerful expressions of presence, identity, and self-respect. This pillar explores skincare, sensory experiences, personal style, and modern spiritual practices that support confidence, creativity, and inner alignment.

It is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate intentional ways of moving through the world.

Leadership, Wealth & Future Power

AURA creates space for honest conversations about money, influence, entrepreneurship, and decision-making. This pillar focuses on financial independence, business creation, investment, and the evolving landscape of leadership in a rapidly changing world.

Through workshops, conversations, and innovation-focused programming, women engage with ideas and tools that support long-term agency and impact.

Connection, Dialogue & Community

At the heart of AURA is meaningful connection. Intimate conversations, mentorship, and cross-disciplinary exchange create opportunities for collaboration, support, and lasting relationships.

This pillar is designed to foster depth, curiosity, and the kind of community that shapes both personal and professional futures.

Aura Future Forum

The Future Forum explores the intersection of innovation, sustainability, technology, culture, and global systems. Visionary women and forward-thinking organizations gather to discuss the shifts shaping the next era of business, leadership, and society.

Conversations may include AI and human wellbeing, climate leadership, regenerative business, ethical innovation, and the future of work.

We acknowledge that Aura gathers on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

We recognize the ongoing impacts of colonialism, particularly on Indigenous women, girls, and Two-Spirit people, who continue to face disproportionate violence and systemic inequities. We honour Indigenous leadership and commit to ongoing learning, solidarity, and support for Indigenous-led initiatives, including the movement for justice for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people.
